Currently we deliver the orders 2 to 5 working days subject to availability.

REFUND POLICY

Upon receiving the products have expired (which is very unlikely), the packaging of the goods is damaged when the courier delivered them to you, contact us immediately and we will refund you for these products. The same applies if some items from your order are missing. Otherwise, the delivered goods cannot be returned and exchanged.

MISSING ITEMS

In some cases, you may receive an incomplete order. This may be due to errors in the collection or packaging of the order, as well as to the lack of some goods in stock. We try to avoid these situations, but sometimes they do happen. If we find missing items during the collection and packaging phase, we will try to contact you and discuss a replacement or refund with you. If you find any missing items when the order has already been delivered, please contact us and we will solve the problem. In the event of a slight out of stock - for example, 1 item out of 10, we will refund it. If most of the order is missing, we will arrange re-delivery at our expense as soon as possible.

RE-DELIVERY SERVICE


If you are not at home at the date and time you have chosen, the courier will contact you and, if possible, will leave the order at your door front. If you are not available, the courier will take a selfie at your door to prove that he has arrived and will return the goods back to the warehouse. Anything that can be returned to the warehouse will be returned, however we will have to charge you re-delivery cost, regardless of the amount of your order. Thank you for your understanding.
